Bawdsey Hall is located on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, on the peninsula between the River Deben and the North Sea. A building steeped in history with records dating back to the 16th century, it now provides a quiet retreat, offering quality bed and breakfast accommodation, with charm and character. The Hall is situated in a small private nature reserve providing opportunities for photographers, birders, entomologist, lepidopterist, wildlife enthusiast and anyone wanting to relax in quiet surroundings. Due to Bawdsey Hall's location it provides a perfect retreat for walkers and cyclists embarking on the Suffolk Coastal Path. Our mature woods, large ponds, old outbuilding and meadowland offer a variety of different habitats for local wildlife. If you are lucky you may just sight one of our resident badgers from the comfort of your own bedroom.
