The owner, Sasha, will take great care of you and is full of local knowledge. She will recommend places to eat and give you guidance on where to find lovely walks. She works with local producers bringing you only the best quality to her breakfasts. Superbly comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms and a breakfast to dine for. Grade II listed, 16th Century village house. Rural location, very quiet but a fabulous village pub round the corner - The Crown Inn serving good food and fine wine, a "Detectorists" location! King size, Mahogany beds with pocket sprung mattresses, Egyptian cotton linen; sympathetically designed but contemporary en suite bathrooms. Being only 3 minutes off the A12, Crown House is ideally placed to explore the Suffolk Coast. Only 10 mins to Framlingham (very attractive market town with a medieval castle)15 mins to Aldeburgh, 10 minutes from The Snape Maltings, 20 minutes to Orford and 30 minutes to Southwold. The produce for the breakfast is locally sourced and includes award winning artisan sourdough from the Pump Street Bakery in Orford, the Aldeburgh breakfast sausage & bacon from craft butcher Salter & King, coffee cured smoked salmon and kippers from award winning Maximus fish and homemade jellies, jams, award winning marmalades and fruit compotes.
