I am an actively practicing midwife and also work as a massage therapist, Reflexologist, Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor with a special interest in women’s health and wellness in the childbearing years. I have two young children and feel that I have both personal and professional knowledge, to understand the challenges women face with looking after their health and wellness.
