Belle Green has recently been re-furbished to offer three en-suite guest rooms with views overlooking the village of Near Sawrey where Beatrix Potter wrote her famous children’s books. Situated on the west side of Lake Windermere it is the ideal base to explore the Lake District National Park, do some walking or climbing, or maybe just stroll down to the village pub.
