High Borrans Dene is a 1 bedroom self catering holiday lodge at High Borrans Farm near Windermere. This beautifully presented, centrally heated lodge is the perfect retreat to whisk your special someone away to. Located on a quiet rural working hill farm just a stone’s throw away from Windermere, it is a fantastic place to escape, relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of nature around you. Dene is an idyllic base to use to explore the surrounding Lakes, whilst also containing everything you would need for a weekend or longer spent snuggling up inside the lodge. The interiors calming blue and cream colour scheme creates a bright and airy atmosphere that helps you rest and unwind. Dene lodge is unable to accommodate dogs. High Borrans is a working farm so dogs must be kept under strict control at all times. Secure wifi is available in the lodge Mobile phone signal is very patchy in the surrounding area. There is a free to use onsite laundry room in the small stone building at the entrance to the lodge park. This includes 2 washing machines, tumble dyer, iron and ironing board. There is also additional shared freezer storage space (plus some spare dog towels in case of need). Arrival is from 4pm. Departure by 10am.
