Simon Rogan's latest restaurant, Henrock, opened its doors within Linthwaite House in early October 2019. In January 2021, Henrock was awarded the Michelin Plate. Head chef Cillian Hennessy aims to showcase natural, seasonal ingredients in a relaxed, informal setting. True to Simon's ethos, the restaurant team uses local produce from Simon's farm, in the Cartmel Valley but also take inspiration from techniques and produce discovered on their travels around the world. The menu allows guests to choose three courses from a seasonal selection of dishes, all of which are served alongside snacks to start with, a pre-dessert and petit fours to end the meal, for a set menu price of £75pp. For Sunday lunch, guests can enjoy our set menu and opt for a special sharing main course, available at a supplementary price. Henrock is open daily for dinner and Sunday Lunch.
