The Bistro at The Distillery is set in what was once a farmstead’s cattle parlour, which make sense for a kitchen focused on local produce and honest, hearty flavours. With a key focus on freshness and simplicity, we aim to source and showcase the best regional ingredients. The perfect dining-accompaniment before or after a Tour of The Lakes Distillery. Our warm welcome in a scenic setting extends from a quick coffee with homemade cake to a leisurely lunch, afternoon tea or a delicious three-course supper.
