The Feathers is located in the small Norfolk village of Dersingham only one mile from the Royal Sandringham Estate. The Pub itself is a carrstone building steeped in royal history, formerly a coaching inn, The Cock was damaged by fire in the 1800's and was rebuilt and named the Lamb. Royal connections date back to 1882 when the property was purchased as part of the Sandringham estate for Albert Edward, Prince of Wales and was subsequently renamed "The Feathers" in his honour. The accommodation comprises a range of en-suite bedrooms & former Chapel plus the Stable Tap which has facilities to cater for any sort of function or event. You can dine in either of the two main bars which are dog friendly or restaurant room or if you prefer alfresco on the patio/garden area. Outside is a large car park and two garden areas. The first garden offers ample eating and includes an enclosed play area for children The second garden area provided an ideal location for private functions/BBQ'S ...etc.
