At the Foveran, you can enjoy the finest Orkney produce in a relaxed and modern setting with stunning views across historic Scapa Flow. Superb seafood features on our menu along with prime beef and lamb. We work closely with local livestock farmers, fishermen and growers to select the best seasonal produce for our larder ensuring we obtain the highest quality. We strive to create dishes from the freshest, local ingredients. Our philosophy is about using the elements of Orkney's natural environment from land, soil & sea to produce dishes which are tasty and memorable. We also offer a wide range of carefully selected wines, liqueurs, local craft beers, gins and malts. These can be enjoyed at your table, or in the more relaxed setting of the lounge. We're really proud to have been five times winner of the Orkney Food and Drink 'best evening meal' Award Winner of Best use of Orkney Food and Drink products 2016 Award and the first 'Orkney Masterchef 2014 title.
