This gem of a market is open 9am - 5pm (4.30 in winter period) all year round on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays plus all summer bank holidays. Whilst some may class Morecambe's Festival Market as indoors, it's actually a covered outdoor market with a true “hustle and bustle” atmosphere as you interact with real people and characters. With breathtaking views over Morecambe Bay to the Cumbrian hills, artwork such as the poem path, tern project and the Eric Morecambe statue there's a variety of thing to see, even before the Eden Project build its new home here. Close to cycle paths, public transport routes, bus and train stations and a coach customer drop off point with separate coach park nearby in addition to the adjoining car park.
