New ultra-modern luxurious property sited at the confluence of two rivers- the Liddle Water and Black Burn. Guests have the use of a large glass-fronted lounge with wood burning stove for the chilly winter evenings. Breakfast is served at the local café , The Olive Tree a 2 minute drive away. The Scott Room is level entry to suit those who are less mobile complete with a King bed a sofa and modern en-suite shower room. The Armstrong Room is our largest King bed room with a sofa and superb bath and separate shower, en-suite with coloured led lighting. The Elliot Room with King bed and en-suite shower room over-looks the garden. All rooms have flat screen TV’s , dressing gowns and tea and coffee making facilities. We are situated on the Northern outskirts of village of Newcastleton with local shops, pubs , garage , filling station and medical centre. The area is steeped in history and the border city of Carlisle is just 23 miles to the South. Kielder Water is 15 miles East being the largest reservoir in Europe offers cycling, walking , sailing and fishing. The Dark Sky Park at Kielder Observatory is a must for skywatchers interested in the cosmos and has proven extremely popular with our guests.
