Renowned for the lightness of our pizza dough and the unique combination of a crisp and delightfully chewy crust, we achieve this through a special process and traditional techniques. Each pizza we make features dough that has risen and rested for 72 hours in a controlled environment. Our fully hydrated dough contains only a small amount of flour and yeast, resulting in an incredibly light and easily digestible base. We source top-of-the-line ingredients, all imported directly from Italy, ensuring the highest quality. But we don't just stop at pizza. At Lievitoo, you can also savor Arancine, Pucce, Salads, and Croissants, each prepared with the same dedication to quality and authenticity.
