We are new yoga studio to Leeds. We have created a calm and enjoyable environment to explore your mind and body in. We have a wide variety of classes ranging from yin, ashtanga, to handstands and strength and physio lead flow classes. We want to help you develop your physical capability and day to day health, in a safe and educational manner, whilst also enjoying yourself.
