On Sunday mornings we open our doors to anyone who wants to come along to share a tea/coffee and sample some of our range of 100% natural sausage from our latest creations. Drop us a line if you'd like to join in the fun and try our amazing sausages. Located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales Primal Cut was founded by owner and master sausage maker Michael Oliver. Michael and his wife Kate are passionate about changing the conventional wisdom on nutrition, demonisation of saturated fats. In line with their nutrient-dense food products, their vision is one of empowering everyone they touch for a lifetime of healthy eating with satiating real foods.
