Fresh seasonal produce is a must for us and so is its provenance, we source most of our ingredients from around the Yorkshire region. Meat and game from the Yorkshire Dales and fresh fish from the East coast, vegetables and soft fruit from the local farms and everything is baked, cooked and produced in our own kitchens, from the daily fresh bread to the crunchy biscotti.
