Located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Newmillerdam, an area well known for its scenery, and walks around the lake, The Pledwick is an independent, family owned pub, where we put the customer at the heart of what we do. We pride ourselves on serving great quality, freshly made food with locally sourced ingredients and an ethos of flavour over fuss. Whatever the occasion, whether it’s a romantic meal for two, midweek outing for tea, or family Sunday lunch we have a delicious selection of classic British dishes available. We have over 12 cask ales/draught lagers as well as bottled beers & fine wines. Our spirit selection includes many craft gins and premium cocktail ingredients. We have a large outdoor terrace and garden area perfect for families. Plenty of green grass, open space, blossoming trees, as well as a south facing aspect and a play area for the children
