Opened in 1997, Volare is still an independent restaurant, owned and managed by The Corless Family. Inspiration for the menu has been taken from the Mediterranean region, with an emphasis on unique & traditional Tapas dishes but also serving homemade pizzas, pasta dishes, homemade dessert. Volare is located on a village high street with plenty of parking nearby. The interior is cosy & stylish. The service is informal and attentive and the welcome is pure friendly Yorkshire! Booking is necessary. There is a carefully selected wine list with a small but good range of world wines and Rioja's. There is Estrella Damn Barcelona Lager plus Beavertown Neck Oil both on draught, also Peroni in bottles. There’s fabulous Sangria, a Gin list & cocktails. Other highlights are gorgeous liqueur coffees, a legendary Tiramisu, non-alcoholic fruit punch & homemade pizza breads (add a message on). There are 3 outdoor tables for sunnier evenings. Vegan choices, kids menu & gluten free options available.
