The Shoulder of Mutton is a 17th Century Pub overlooking the green in the village of Great Bowden. We serve a wide variety of fine wines, great ales, and super tasty food. We have an incredible range of freshly cooked food on our menu to suit any occasion. Our continually evolving pub, is in the process of being renovated from top to bottom and we are slowly getting to the end of this, in order to bring the shoulder of mutton back to a pub the village can be proud of. We have a numerous spaces to dine and drink in, and we are able to accommodate, small and large groups within the pub. So whether, you are looking to hold a business lunch, a cosy catchup with a friend or that family meal out you have been thinking of for ages, we have got you covered.
