Cliff Cottage is located in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside at Welton Cliff, a 10 minute drive into the historic city of Lincoln. 2 miles from the village of Welton with lots of amenities including a pub, tea rooms and small supermarket. Cliff Cottage has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. 2 bedrooms are en suite and there are a further 2 bathrooms serving the remaining bedrooms. There is a large kitchen / diner with a cosy sitting room next door and a second sitting room which is a newly completed extension with a large window providing great views of the countryside. Cliff Cottage is finished to a high standard and has eco-friendly heating provided by a biomass boiler. The cottage provides the perfect setting for a family holiday in picturesque surroundings. There is a large garden perfect for sitting out in and admiring the views, of which the floodlit cathedral can be seen on a clear night.
