Here at Samba Brazil we specialize in the famous churrascaria (BBQ) style of restaurant that is a favorite in Brazil for both Brazilians and visitors. The idea started in Rio Grande do Sul the southern cattle state of Brazil where the Gaucho live and work. For celebration meal they would cook (BBQ) many different cuts of meats on large skewers over an open fire and then carve the meat at the table.
