The Merlin Restaurant This modern newly refurbished restaurant with glass frontage that leads out on to an extensive terrace, BBQ and seating area. This contemporary restaurant offers a full hot counter service. Breakfast 8.30am – 10.00am We offer a full Welsh or continental breakfast. Lunch 11.30am – 2.00pm Daily Specials produced in our own kitchens using a selection of local and seasonal produce. Such as soups, roast of the day, vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes, full salad bar, filled baked potatoes, deli cold counter, live cooking and desserts. There is a selection of hot and cold beverages. Sunday Carvery 12.00pm – 2.00pm Our Sunday Carvery is an all you can eat carvery! “1 serving of meat, the rest all you can eat!” One course £7.95, 2 Courses £10.25
