Benk + Bo is a cafe and bakery in Spitalfields. The head baker is Julien Valmier, earlier pastry teacher at Le Cordon Bleu and previous head baker for Peyton and Byrne as well as The Savoy Hotel in London. Every morning we offer fresh sourdough, cinnamon buns, various pastries and tars as well as delicious toasties. The coffee provided by Dark Arts Coffee.
