Bimber Distillery was founded in 2015 with a mission to produce world-class single malt whisky with passion in West London. We combine generations of rich distilling heritage, with the finest quality ingredients to create the ultimate craft whisky experience. From grain to glass, we control every step of the whisky-making production process, from the farm and maltster where our barley is grown and malted, to the way we expertly ferment, distil, mature and blend our spirit. Our hand-crafted approach to whisky production passionately combines traditional methods, expertise, attention to detail and an absolute commitment to quality.
