BR6 opened in 2015 and is the centrepiece of London South East Colleges’ Hospitality, Food and Enterprise Career College. Part of a national network, Career Colleges work closely with employer partners to provide 16+ year olds with the skills they need to work in specific industries. BR6 Restaurant, is a Modern British Bistro based in Orpington. We make delicious, quintessentially British dishes with a twist. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality seasonal ingredients. Our Bakehouse provides light lunches, coffees, cream teas and made-to-order deli sandwiches along with a range of artisan breads and pastries for customers to take home. Our ethos is to work with students to put theory into practice. Our students learn how a commercial restaurant is run and gain invaluable experience in a customer focused, professional environment preparing them for their careers in the hospitality industry.
