Traditional Fish and Chips made with fresh fish and British seasonal potatoes. We take pride in only serving sustainably sourced, fresh fish which can be battered in good ol' traditional batter or matzo meal. All our fish is fried in rapeseed oil which has half the saturated fats of other oils and has proven health benefits. Plus, once we've finished, we then recycle the oil to make biofuel.
