Launched October, 2021 Colonel Saab is the first UK venture for award-winning Indian entrepreneur and hotelier Roop Partap Choudhary. Located in Holborn, the restaurant is elegantly designed and filled with original Indian art and antique furniture including century old items made for Maharajas which take diners on a journey through Indian culture and history. The food food observes the established traditions of Indian cooking but breaks the rules a little! Our menu goes beyond a 1970’s “Curry”, beyond street food and into a world of real Indian flavours. Our menu offers something for all tastes from a Hindustan fry up for breakfast to a traditional lunch Tiffin, Khaati Rolls and Colonel Saab’s smoked lamb shank. Our Indian Afternoon Tea is served with French Champagne. We can also accommodate private events in two beautiful private dining rooms.
