Opposite Ickenham tube station, the 158-seat Compass Theatre is adjacent to the Grade II listed Ickenham Hall and has been a hub for the arts in Hillingdon since 1968. Providing great value, local entertainment and a place for residents to create and perform, the venue is professionally managed by a small team of council staff supported by volunteers. The theatre can be hired for very reasonable rates (discounted for Hillingdon residents) and facilities include wardrobe, technical assistance and equipment, a coffee bar, fully licensed wine bar and box office service.
