Westminster Council, in conjunction with Cycle Confident offers instructor-led cycle rides in and around City of Westminster on quiet cycle ways and bike paths. These are FREE cycle tours offered by London's boroughs, averaging 6 miles and 2-3 hours. Bring your own bike or hire one from one of the Santander bike hire stands where the tours start and finish.
