The menu majors on great British classics using only quality ingredients from carefully chosen suppliers. The award-winning steaks from Donald Russell are firm favourites with regulars, accompanied by wines from an impressive list which is drawn from the vast Davy's cellars. For those who prefer their craft beers, the ever-popular Old Wallop is still drawn into pewter tankards.
