Fallow was conceptualised when Will Murray and Jack Croft, who met working at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal were introduced to experienced restaurateur James Robson. After a successful residency at Heddon Street, a highlight being awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, Fallow has moved to a permanent site at St James's Market. Fallow's focus on elevating seasonal British ingredients to new heights leads to menu highlights such as; Orkney scallop tartare, cod's head with a sriracha butter, and mushroom parfait.
