Hollow Rocks is the only club of its kind in central London where you can participate in lots of different sports, access fitness classes and social events, all through membership of a single club. ‍Our goal is to offer people of any level or background in sport the opportunity to participate in a range of different ways depending on their interests; whether that’s wanting to play a sport they already enjoy, to try a new sport they’ve never played before, or just to use sports training and drills as a fun way to stay fit. In addition to our regular adult programme we also run classes for kids, older adults and local community groups. If you're looking for something fun to do, our Team Packages have the perfect blend of casual competition and activity for a fun 3-4 hours session which includes food and drink. Ideal for a group of friends, colleagues or even clients.
