We're Honest Burgers. We set out to do burgers a bit differently. Our burgers are made daily, in our own butchery, with great British beef, and our famous rosemary chips are cut and cooked daily, never frozen. We love local, and at Honest Burgers Brewer St - Soho we have our own exclusive local burger, with Lincolnshire Poacher cheese, crispy onions and teriyaki sauce, alongside some great local beers from the nearby brewery Gipsy Hill Brewing Co. Plus there's a new special burger every month, inspired by local food heroes and the stories they have to tell.
