An apericena bar serving regional specialities from the Maremma - the wild coastal region in southern Tuscany known for its wild boar, seafood and vineyards. 'Apericena' is a new take on aperitivo in Italy formed by adding the word 'aperitivo' onto 'cena' meaning dinner. Guests can enjoy small plates, boards of Maremman cheese and salumi to share, pizzette and crostoni, all accompanied by great cocktails and Tuscan wines from small independent producers.
