Here at Kapak Turkish Restaurant, we have plenty of experience of recreating the mouth-watering dishes derived from the Mediterranean region of turkey. We've borrowed our family and friends traditional recipes and used them as inspiration to create the menus for a more modern twist of Turkish cuisine and focus on quality, seasonal ingredients and our expertise to unique tastes.
