Lamezia is a traditional Italian family run restaurant situated on Holloway Road, North London. The name Lamezia comes from the city in the beautiful Calabrian Coast in South Italy. The family moved to the UK in the late 90’s and since opening the restaurant over a decade ago, they have been creating traditional homemade recipes becoming the go-to location in the local area. Here at Lamezia we are passionate about creating authentic dishes using the best quality fresh ingredients prepared on the premises every day. Our day starts early with the preparation of a delicious selection of breads including sourdough, focaccia and our fresh pasta - from tagliatelle to filled ravioli, starters and delicious desserts, including our weekly changing Gelato menu. Our pizza dough is light and digestible as it is fermented for at least 48 hours creating traditional Neapolitan style pizzas in our wood fired oven.
