Founded in 2015 by Roberto, Joel, Cortés and Ruben, the restaurant grew out of a shared passion for exceptional cuisine and welcoming service, and later joined forces with seasoned restaurateur Ellen to create a home‑grown culinary experience. The menu is a rotating showcase of Iberian pork, slow‑cooked lamb shoulders and char‑grilled rib‑eye, all prepared with locally sourced ingredients and seasonal flavours that keep each visit fresh.
