Mc & Sons is a traditional old Irish boozer set in the heart of Southwark. It’s a place for community to come and socialise in a friendly authentic environment with great service, traditional Thai food and a fantastic beer selection. It is built on the memories and lives of the Mc Elhinney’s with their heritage adorning the walls with pictures of the family through the generations. Wander in and you might even find a member of the family itself propping up the bar, or pulling a pint. Mc & Sons is a simple, honest pub for hard-working locals and commuters alike to step inside and back in time. Down a small side street between Blackfriars Road and Borough, those that stumble upon it might feel like they’re in Maynooth itself. Inside it’s an eclectic mix of Thai Street food and authentic snugs, a back street gem to while away an afternoon or evening catching up with friends and family.
