Officina 00 is an authentic Italian restaurant and pasta workshop. Our seasonal menus are built around regional traditional Italian recipes which we create using innovative cooking techniques to enhance the flavour and richness of the pasta. We create authentic pasta from traditional Italian recipes used in Italian households and eateries for decades.
