In 1993 the Conran Restaurants group revived the name, commissioning Russell Sage Studio to rejuvenate the space with a modern Art Deco interior that still preserves signature touches such as the sweeping staircase and glass‑roofed dining rooms. Today, the menu—crafted by Executive Chef Nuno Goncalves—is a refined blend of European classics with subtle Middle‑Eastern accents, all prepared with high‑quality, locally‑sourced ingredients.
