Redemption Roasters is a specialty coffee company with a difference. At our roastery in HMP the Mount, we train offenders in coffee industry skills with the aim of reducing reoffending in the UK. We want to show the coffee community that exceptional specialty coffee can come from places and people you wouldn't expect.
