Family run business. Beautiful breakfasts and lunches. Lunch buffet: five colourful, seasonal, inventive, hearty vegetarian dishes, top with skewers of meat/fish, then into a wrap or onto sweet potato if you wish. Stews served with lovely sourdough rolls too. We change the dishes every one/two days. Healthy and hearty, quality food at a fair price! Breakfast buffet: fill a regular pot (£2.25) or large pot (£3) with whatever you fancy from: porridge, gluten free and dairy free porridge, homemade granola, muesli, bran, fresh cut fruit, various dried fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut, yoghurt, almond milk, soya milk, semi-skimmed milk, and all sorts to sprinkle! £1 Coffee from Old Spike Roastery.
