This is a homestay, Jane and I both live here. Recently decorated, tastefully furnished room, in bright, sunny, shared flat overlooking north London. Just 4 miles / 7 kilometres from the centre, (public transport Zone 2), with excellent transport links, but in surprisingly green area, with 3 parks, 2 lakes nearby. King size double bed, with orthopaedic quality, firm, but comfortable mattress. Brushed cotton duvet cover & pillowcases. Egyptian cotton sheets. Separate dining room for meals & reading/relaxation. Enjoy a morning coffee or meal in summer on sheltered balcony garden with view of the boating lake. Self-service light breakfast now available. Help yourself to cereal, toast, butter, jam, marmalade and juice. Plus tea or coffee every morning of your stay. Please note, there is a key deposit of £50, or 60€, or $60USD, at check in. This is retuned in full when you return the keys. Please arrive for check in, by 22:00 (10pm).
