We do deep-fried ice-cream. Imagine a hot, fried crust coated in breadcrumbs, cornflakes or Oreos (your choice of course) wrapped around a decadent ice-cream within dusted with icing sugar and drizzled with caramel or chocolate sauce. Kind of like an exotic egg, waiting to be hatched. The flavours we use are: Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate and Matcha (green-tea).
