The Brush is an all-day East London Grand Café, Lounge and Cocktail Bar, located in the heart of Hoxton. This Hoxton hotspot is open at all hours of the day from breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Our menu features signature dishes influenced by the diverse culinary landscape of East London whilst bringing together European influences, local ingredients, bold flavours and fresh ingredients.
