We base our thinking on academic research, and are always looking to reach more Colombian coffee communities and territories to help enhance their financial security, biodiversity and overall sustainability. You choose the variety of beans on the spot, flavours ranging from bright citrus acidity to soft, lush papaya and passion fruit notes, and we weigh, grind and brew them masterfully to bring you the perfect espresso every time. Our light roast method means the taste is never bitter, but rather layered and complex, enhancing the various fruity aromas and cocoa, caramel and nutty undertones. Every bag and cup of coffee you buy helps us turn lives around, and educate people not just on coffee as such, but also on the universe surrounding this amazing crop.
