The Pem Restaurant is the new location for exceptional British food. With its art deco inspired design and rosy-hues, the inspiration behind the name is the prominent suffragette Emily Wilding Davison, who was affectionately nicknamed ‘Pem’ by her close family. She was well known for the incredible impact she made toward equal rights for women in the 19th century. Today, the Pem celebrates generations of pioneering women leading from the front and this is reflected in the senior team headed up by consultant chef Sally Abé.
