The Tabernacle is a Grade II-listed building in Powis Square, Notting Hill, just off the Portobello Road. It was built in 1887 as a church. The building boasts a Curved Romanesque facade of red brick and terracotta two towers with broach spires on either side. Today the Tabernacle serves as the home of Notting Hill Carnival Limited, Under Carnival Village Trust. The Tabernacle W11 IS a cultural arts and entertainment venue. We have various rooms for hire including a unique theatre space, a meeting room, a music room which is soundproof and has mood lighting, great sized art gallery, conservatory and a very large beer garden to sit out and watch the world go by. Our Bar & Kitchen specialises in Caribbean Cuisine, with various tradition and tasty options to choose as well as a Kids menu - The Tabernacle is kid friendly and for everyone.
