The Three Stags produces a menu of pub classics with a contemporary twist, with a focus on the best seasonal British ingredients. Their Sunday roasts are renowned round their parts thanks to their gorgeous 40-day-aged grass-fed topside of Yorkshire beef, Elwy Valley Welsh free-range leg of lamb** (which won an OBE from the Her Majesty The Queen), goose-fat roast potatoes, and double-egg Yorkshire puddings. There's also natural vegan and veggie options, which are bursting with flavour and made with fresh, seasonal and raw ingredients. Meanwhile, you can also opt for their delicious range of pizzas, created using their own wood-fire oven and dough that's homemade and stretched to order. But they put as much effort into their wine list as they do the food, boasting fine wines from around the world specially chosen to complement the menu. You can also expect local ales, craft beers, premium spirits and cocktails, as well as great coffee.
