Three Sheets is an award-winning cocktail bar that opened in Dalston in 2016. We specialise in cocktails, focusing on simple, elegant serves that put the customer first. The menu changes regularly and with the seasons. Voted as the UK’s best bar at the Class Awards 2019, with Max taking home Best Bartender, and has been listed on the World's 50 Best Bars list for three years running. Our new site expands on this legacy, offering both a restaurant and bar, where guests can enjoy a full dining experience alongside our signature cocktails.
