Taking its name from the Japanese word for the sea urchin, a Japanese delicacy, and just few minutes away from Victoria, UNI brings vibrant colours, flavours and textures of the very best in the Peruvian and Japanese fusion cuisine. Our menu offers a selection of grilled meats & fish; the highest quality sushi and sashimi, and an inventive selection of tempura and maki with perfectly balanced sharp flavours and an accent on colour. The Peruvian influence is prevalent with touches such as an anticucho sauce with the black cod, as well as ceviche and tiraditos peruano.
